Would you erase someone or something from your memory if you could?
What's this thing about memories? Why do we seem to treasure them as gold, if we can always make new ones?
Are memories necesary? Would the history of our lives be better if we could make it up instead of keeping the register?
It's funny how sometimes we are actually able to "erase" people from our minds. Until this thing happens, this special thing. Maybe the register's supposed to be there, buried deep down until we need it.
We need memories, but in some special cases, we CAN'T live with them.
"How happy is the blameless vestal's lot!
The world forgetting, by the world forgot
Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind!
Each pray'r accepted, and each wish resign'd."
